Two days coaching in open (Canadian-style) canoes on the beautiful Lyn Tegid, Bala! Depending on the group, we can look at introductory strokes, going straight, confidence building, as well as techniques for making good progress on open water, trim, perhaps even some rafting and sailing! And of course, a few fun rescues :-)
