Come and learn the basics of tidal planning and marine chart reading to aid your sea paddles.

We'll work on our local estuary charts to make the training pertinent to our actual location.

There will be some Powerpoint presentation but mostly worked examples to keep you stimulated.

If you have dividers and a chart plotter, it will help but not essential.

An Imray or Admiralty chart of the Medway Estuary will also be useful but again not essential.

Pencil and notepad essential.
